1. General Terms and Conditions
Flying Plate Store is an online store of Flying Plate Company (FI31386129). The terms and conditions described here apply to the services and products sold by Flying Plate Store and the commercial relationship between its customer. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions without notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions of sale on the Flying Plate Store website at the time of ordering. We will not be liable for damages caused by force majeure.
2. Ordering and pricesOrdering products through our online store.
When placing an order, the customer must provide us with their full contact details, including name, address, e-mail address
sekä as well as a mobile phone number..
We use the mobile phone number to reach the customer in case of possible problems. The post office will send a notification of the arrival of the package to the mobile phone, agree on the time of delivery in the Home Package delivery method or send you a tray code by SMS via the parcel machine.
We will send the order confirmation to the e-mail address as well as the information about sending the shipment and the tracking information when sending your order.
The customer agrees to the delivery terms valid at the time of the order.

4. Delivery methods
We send orders in Finland via Posti. We currently do not ship orders overseas.
5. Complaints, exchange and return conditions
The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging.

6. Problem situations during transport and defective products
If the product is lost or damaged during transport, the customer must complain to the person responsible for transport without delay. You can notify us by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If necessary, we will help clarify the matter.
7. Dispute Resolution Bodies
If the dispute concerning the commercial contract cannot be settled through negotiation between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the to the Consumer Disputes Board.
Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice of the Local Register Office.
